Are there hidden merchant fees?

No. Merchants pay a flat 0.4% per accepted transaction. No monthly minimums, no setup fee.

How are funds protected?

NepFI Wallet runs on our NRB-licensed PSP partner. Funds settle into NRB-supervised escrow.

Can I bundle multiple products?

Yes — combine any products under one NepFI login. A unified bundle invoice is available on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

eSewa, Khalti, IME and any Nepali bank via direct debit or scan-to-pay. Cards (Visa / Mastercard) are supported through our PSP partner.

Is there a refund policy?

Monthly plans cancel anytime. Yearly plans get a 30-day pro-rata refund window. Per-return purchases are refundable until you export the IRD CSV.

Do you offer NGO or startup discounts?

Yes — registered NGOs and Industry-recognised startups get 30% off all paid plans. Email hello@nepfi.com to request.
