Do my customers need the NepFI app?

No — they receive plain SMS in Nepali with the running balance.

Are SMS credits included on Business?

Yes — 500 SMS per month included. Top-ups available at NRB-regulated SMS rates.

Can I bundle multiple products?

Yes — combine any products under one NepFI login. A unified bundle invoice is available on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa / Mastercard) through our international payment partner, plus bank transfer for annual plans. NRN customers can also pay via eSewa or Khalti linked to a Nepal bank account.

Is there a refund policy?

Monthly plans cancel anytime. Yearly plans get a 30-day pro-rata refund window. Per-return tax filing purchases are refundable until you export your IRD CSV.

Do you offer NGO or startup discounts?

Yes — registered NGOs and recognised startups get 30% off all paid plans, wherever they're incorporated. Email [email protected] to request.
