Who issues the wallet licence?

NepFI Wallet is operated under our Nepal-central-bank-licensed partner PSP. Funds settle into a supervised escrow account.

Is there a merchant onboarding fee?

No setup fee. You only pay a small per-transaction fee at settlement.

Can I use it if I live abroad?

You can open and manage a NepFI Wallet from anywhere, but it moves money within Nepal only — outbound transfers follow Nepal's central-bank FX rules. Use Crypto & FX for remittance into Nepal.
