Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating a NepFI account, signing in (including via Google Sign-In), or using any NepFI service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NepFI.

These Terms are between you and NepFI ("we", "us").

2. Description of service

NepFI provides software tools for personal and business finance in Global, including Stock Market investing workspaces, bookkeeping, payroll, billing, tax preparation aids, and related features. Features vary by product and plan.

NepFI is a software platform. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or brokerage services. Calculations and automations are aids only — you remain responsible for decisions and filings.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and devices.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
• One natural person may not maintain more than one free-tier account for the same product unless we approve otherwise.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

4. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, you authorise us to receive basic profile information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. You must comply with Google's acceptable use requirements when using Google Sign-In with NepFI.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law, including securities, tax, or financial regulations.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with service operation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without written permission.
• Use NepFI to launder money, commit fraud, or impersonate others.
• Harass our staff or other users.

6. Intellectual property

NepFI owns the platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant NepFI a limited licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

7. Fees and payment

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Fees are quoted in Globalese dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in MyAccount.
• Refunds are handled according to the plan terms shown at checkout.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

NepFI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market data, tax rules, and third-party integrations may contain errors or delays.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NepFI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid NepFI in the 12 months before the claim or (b) NPR 10,000.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from MyAccount settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirement, or extended inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Global, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Delaware, United States (and global operations) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
